Sr. Manager - Brand Marketing
The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance a company s brand identity, increase brand awareness, and foster positive brand perception. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, ability to conceptualize brand marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, perception, and loyalty. Key responsibilities include creating brand strategy, positioning and narratives for product launches, overseeing planning and execution of campaigns across multiple channels, manage strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities, manage social media and community networks and channels in order to drive brand growth and impact. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, deep understanding of consumer behaviour, bent for data and insights, creative disposition, leadership abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a critical role that will directly impact our companys brand image and success by driving consumer awareness and perception.
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Brand Marketing Leader who specializes in modern, fast-paced content marketing strategies and organic growth tactics. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand positioning and driving consumer engagement through dynamic and strategic marketing approaches, particularly in the B2C and D2C sectors.

Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in brand marketing with a proven track record in new-age tech companies focused on B2C or D2C sectors.
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective content marketing and organic growth strategies.
- Strong experience working with marketing/advertising agencies, overseeing campaign development and execution, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Deep understanding of brand positioning strategies, particularly within the D2C domain.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a dynamic marketing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building internal and external relationships.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred
