What will you be doing
- In this role, you will be leading operations and supply chain function for the company.
- Managing all key fulfilment/service level metrics (order to delivery TAT, delivery %, cost/delivered)
- Ensure day to day operations and managing Team leads and AMs across first mile, mid mile, last mile.
- Manage external stakeholders like logistics partners/vendors and customers to ensure excellent customer service and lower overall cost to serve.
- Work with stakeholders across product, custumer service team, finance and data team, as required.
- Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions.
- Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills
What is expected out of you
- Prior experience in Operations and Logistics in Ecommerce companies or D2C brands or 3PLs (worked in B2C/ ecommerce segment).
- Warehousing experience be an added advantage but not must to have.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Multiple Stakeholder management and team management
- Should have handled a team of 15-20 members in the past
- 8-12 years of logistics and operations experience (preferred 5 years post MBA)
- Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputed Engineering College or B-School, with supply chain experience across major ecommerce/D2C brands/ 3PLs (MBA preferred)
