Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and architect React.js-based applications for complex projects.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.

- Develop reusable, efficient, and well-structured front-end code.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different devices and browsers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-13 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.

- Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Proficiency in React.js, Redux, React Hooks, and Context API.

- Solid experience in designing scalable architectures and component-based applications.

- Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.

- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data applications.

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
