SAP Basis Consultant (6-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in managing SAP products in an HANA environment, hands-on experience in SAP implementations, and a customer-facing role.

Knowledge of cloud technologies and ITIL certification will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and support SAP BASIS operations in an HANA environment.

- Handle SAP implementation projects (Technical/Functional) with a strong focus on performance optimization and system stability.

- Engage in direct client interactions, providing expert consultation and addressing technical requirements.

- Perform system migrations and manage SAP landscapes on hyperscalers such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP operations and integration.

- Provide presales support and technical expertise for SAP solutions.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices for system management.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong SAP BASIS expertise with hands-on experience in HANA environments.

- Experience in SAP implementation (Technical/Functional).

- Customer-facing experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS.

- ITIL certification (preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle direct client interactions and technical discussions
