Simelabs - React.js Lead - TypeScript/Javascript (6-9 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced React.js Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

As a Lead, you will guide the front-end team, own the architecture, take daily reviews with developers, maintain quality, design and implement user interface components, and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-end developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Own the architecture of the front-end systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Conduct daily reviews with developers to track progress, provide feedback, and uphold code quality.

- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces using React.js.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into interactive applications.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

- Develop and maintain front-end libraries and reusable code for future use.

- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills :

- React.js: Expert-level proficiency in building complex, large-scale applications.

- JavaScript (ES6+): Strong experience with modern JavaScript features and syntax.

- TypeScript: Extensive experience in using TypeScript for large-scale applications.

- Front-End Development: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- State Management: Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

- Architecture: Strong ability to define and maintain front-end architecture to ensure high performance and scalability.

- Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control.

- Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

- Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other front-end build tools.

- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile development teams.

- Leadership: Proven ability to guide teams, take ownership, and drive development quality.
