Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:
  
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the execution of projects.
• Define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management:
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Regularly communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:
  
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members, promoting a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Risk Management:
  
• Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project issues are addressed promptly, escalating as necessary.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  
• Monitor project budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution.
• Track project costs and ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget.
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with stakeholder expectations.
• Perform quality checks and resolve any issues before project completion.
• Project Documentation & Reporting:
  
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change requests, and meeting notes.
• Provide regular status updates and post-project evaluations.
