Job Description

Executive Assistant To CEO

Location: Noida

Overview of the Role:

Assisting the CEO in all strategic aspects, such as preparing business reports, strategic proposals, presentation decks etc.

Additionally, provide high-level administrative support, which includes: preparing expense reports, managing the executive calendar and schedule, coordinating meetings, and other administrative functions as required.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to hold information in strict confidence, work well in a fast-paced environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. The role would be suitable for a management graduate wanting to develop a career in the Biogas Industry. The role would give an opportunity to understand and Renewable Energy sector in detail.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Assist the CEO in all strategic matters of the organization by gathering and analyzing data/reports for informed decision making.

2. Single point contact for information and coordination with various technical/business teams.

3. Will be responsible for business intelligence and various analytics as per the guidelines.

4. Coordinating and engaging in micro-level data analytics for MIS purpose.

5. Create a review rhythm for the CEO’s office, ensure compliance and timely status updates

5. Visiting the sites as and when necessary.

9. Any other responsibilities as per the discretion of the Management.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. B.E/B.Tech(any) with an MBA preferred.

2. Must have relevant experience working as an Executive Assistant to Managing Director or Director or CEO of any renowned organization.

Key Competencies:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and IT skills.

2. Strong organizational and planning skills.

3. Outstanding research and analytical abilities.

4. Project management skills.

5. Strong leadership skills.

Industry - EPC/Construction/ Renewable/Infrastructure/ Bioenergy/ Oil & Gas or any manufacturing company is preferrable. Location – Noida, Sec 126.
