Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Manager located in Chennai. As a Technical Project Manager at Giggso, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as program management, project management, team leadership, and communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.Giggso is a US-based Model Ops platform that helps support teams increase MTTD, and MTTR, with lower costs and reduce risks for compliance. Giggso automates operations with AI, ML, and blockchain components to provide a secure governance system for businesses.We are looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for Agile Project Management of Product Development features and roadmap. Also to lead team, monitor project, ensure deliverables and manage stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans and timelines using project management tools
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
• Monitor and report project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage project scope and changes in scope and schedule
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Maters is mandatory specializations in AIML will be given preference
• At least 7 years of experience in Technical project management
• Should have worked in AI ML Projects
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects with 25+ team members
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello
• PMP or other relevant certifications preferred
