Paralegal

Description

• Maintaining corporate subsidiary compliance
• Filing and organizing legal documents
• Managing intellectual property (IP) and litigation dockets
• Managing templates, policies, and legal web pages
• Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements
• Streamlining legal operations to ensure legal services are delivered efficiently and effectively
• Preparing routine legal documents
• Coordinating internal and external resources as needed
• Contract management

• Associates or Bachelor s degree in legal studies or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal assistant
• Familiarity with corporate law and legal procedures
• Strong organizational ability to prioritize your time and deadlines accordingly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
