We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales organization by managing territory mapping, account assignments, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our sales data, optimizing processes, and supporting the sales teams success. The position offers a dynamic work environment with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, IT, Operations, and more.
What You ll Do:
Manage and maintain territory mapping and account assignments within Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate data for sales regions and owner allocations.
Validate bookings to ensure that owner and region data are correctly aligned in both SFDC and AX systems.
Maintain and update the quota master data file, collaborating closely with the commissions team to apply quota and territory changes accurately.
Support the identification of new accounts in the sales pipeline and help streamline the process.
Lead and support SFDC-related projects in partnership with the IT team to drive system enhancements and efficiency.
Serve as a liaison between Sales and Order Management (OM) teams, ensuring that BOM and quote changes are executed accurately during and at the end of each quarter.
Assist in the ongoing training and management of Steelbrick , continuing to provide support for sales operations teams.
Act as a backup resource for the Deals Desk, collaborating with the team as needed.
What You ve Done:
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related role with a focus on CRM management and data accuracy.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and experience working with AX or similar ERP systems.
Demonstrated experience managing territory and account assignments, quota files, and ensuring data consistency across platforms.
Familiarity with Steelbrick (or other CPQ systems) and experience with its management and training.
Bachelors degree in business , Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
