We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our global field marketing team with regional and global projects remotely. This role will focus on providing event logistical and administrative support, reporting and campaign management support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless communication across regions. What Youll Do:
ABM reporting: Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and digital marketing team to track key ABM metrics such as engagement, pipeline influence and account growth.
Event Logistics Support: Coordinate remote logistics for webinars, virtual events, and in-person events globally, supporting the production of email invites and microsites,as well as vendor management, vendor on-boarding, event registrations, post-event reporting and management of global merchandise store.
Campaign Coordination: Assist in the execution of global field and channel campaigns by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensure timely submission of relevant documents required for channel activities.
Marketing Collateral Support: Assist in the creation, updating, and distribution of marketing materials (presentations, emails, brochures, web landing pages) to field marketing teams.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on campaign performance, event attendance, and lead account metrics using tools like CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Who You Are:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) , marketing automation tools (Marketo, Folloze etc).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across time zones.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with global teams effectively.
Familiarity with event management platforms (e.g., Zoom is a plus).
