Job Description
- Terviva is searching for a highly motivated Paralegal with 2+years of relevant experience to the support the Global Legal Team at Terviva
- Previous experience in supporting executives, or lawyers in large multi-jurisdictional companies is essential
- This role requires exceptional multi-tasking abilities, strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and effective stakeholder management
- The successful candidate will report directly to the Associate General Counsel and Associate Counsel and should demonstrate critical thinking and relevant subject-matter knowledge, including without limitation exposure and experience in assisting with complex cross border transactions
