Role & responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative support to the department, including handling phone calls, emails, and other communications. Maintain organized filing systems and document management.
2. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality. Overseeing office maintenance and liaison with relevant vendors. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
3. Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, facilities.
4. Address inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
5. Act as a liaison between the Administration Department and other departments.
6. Maintenance of Office Premises i.e monthly rent, renewal of lease, new premises, relocations etc. for Corporate office & all Branches
7. Maintenance of Company owned premises i.e. payment of quarterly maintenance charges, electricity bill, Civil work, Electrical work etc
8. Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.
9. Maintaining and organizing various documents, files and records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
10. Co-ordinating with vendors and suppliers for procurement of goods and services.
11. Timely renewal of insurances
12. Entering Receipts, Payment & JV Entries in Tally i.e. Interest on Investment, Investment Maturity, PF transfer, claim settlement, investment etc
Preferred candidate profile
- Have proficiency with Tally and Excel
- Possess the ability to draft letters and notes
