Litigation / Legal Affairs
1. Responsible for taking appropriate legal action for recovery of dues.
2. Appearance before courts and tribunals. Comfortable in frequent traveling as and when required and demanded by the management.
3. Advising on Litigations filed by and against the Company viz. Writ Petitions, Appeals, Public Interest Litigations, Suits, Summary Suits, Consumer litigation, Criminal complaints, cAct, complaints u/s. 138 of N.I. Act, Bail and Anticipatory Bail applications, Labour matters, Private and Police Criminal Complaints, Rent and Eviction matters etc.
4. Appointing & liaison with Company Advocates and Solicitors.
5. Reviewing Legal Notices and responses to Legal notices in high stake matters. Reviewing extensive research work and examining case laws for preparation of cases, trials in high stake matters.
6. Vetting Petitions, Appeals, Plaints, Written Statements, Rejoinders, Affidavits, and Written Arguments etc. for submission/pleadings for various legal proceedings.
7. Developing legal strategy to successfully tackle and handle litigation in the interest of the Company.
8. Rendering assistance and advice to the management regarding legal aspects in day to day affairs for strengthening the Company's stand on commercial and legal aspects.
9. To ensure customers queries are resolved on a priority basis.
10. To ensure all customer grievances/complaints and escalations are addressed under defined TAT
11. Responsible for taking appropriate legal action for recovery of dues.
12. To execute SARFAESI proceedings and other legal proceeding (if required) to recover the delinquent cases.
