Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Target Management : Lead the team in meeting or exceeding sales targets by developing effective sales strategies.
• Team Leadership : Manage, motivate, and coach the direct sales team to maximize their performance and ensure they achieve their sales goals.
• Customer Acquisition : Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts, including cold calling, meetings, and networking.
• Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Reporting : Track sales performance, report on metrics, and analyze data to make improvements in sales tactics.
• Market Analysis : Understand the market trends and customer needs to position products or services effectively.
• Training and Development : Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, improving their knowledge of products, services, and sales techniques.
