Recovery Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure reduction in delinquent portfolio specially in frontend buckets and maximise recoveries in NPA and delinquent Pool.
• To ensure proper documentation and data privacy & confidentiality maintained.
• To ensure adequate manpower is deployed at the Agency/Branch in order to coverage of all delinquent accounts as per defined targets.
• To ensure all processes are carried out in adherence to the procedure manual.
• To ensure timely escalations and proactive reporting of any adverse trends observed.
• To ensure visits to Customers, Agencies and Call centre to monitor dialler discipline and accuracy in updated disposition of calls.
• To ensure customers queries are resolved on a priority basis.
• To ensure all customer grievances/complaints and escalations are addressed under defined TAT
• Responsible for taking appropriate legal action for recovery of dues.
• To execute SARFAESI proceedings and other legal proceeding (if required) to recover the delinquent cases.
