Position Title: Chief Manager/DGM
Job Definition:
This position will play a crucial part to Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach driving revenue growth for laptop business.
Key Objectives of the Position:
As a business development representative, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals to achieve sales targets of Laptop product category.
Key Tasks - Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers in target organizations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify potential leads and opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends
- Work with key solution partners and Independent software vendors (ISVs) to create joint GTM to target new use cases for incremental revenue.
- Negotiate and manage partnership to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze data to identify key insights and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
- Knowledge & Experience Required, Other key information regarding the Profile
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- MBA Degree
- BE/Tech (Computer science/Electronics preferred)
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- 10 ~14 years of Technology Pre-Sales/Sales experience
- Experience of Knowledge on Personal Computing domain
- Should have complete grasp on the personal computing ecosystem.
- Background in Enterprise/B2B technology business
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
- High on self-Motivation, positive attitude and work ethic desired
- Individual should be self-driven and continuously strive to help improve process and coordinate effectively within organization and HQ teams
- Individual should be Tech Savvy and should be able to provide solutions to the problems put forth.
- Individual should be well versed with MS tools like Excel & PowerPoint
- Should be willing to travel, if required, 7-10 days in a month
