Objective:
Developing region retail marketing strategy and execution plan to achieve market share and revenue for the entire region in line with the business objective.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan Retail investment at Region level along with Retail team and RSM at the region.
- Understand the pain points of SPD and exclusive retail channel by analysing data and plan countermeasures to drive collaboration.
- Leverage the use of digital marketing to maximize ROI.
- Lead BTL activities for the region.
- Optimize SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) by premium, setup, mass product and SEC management by using retail mapping and considering store sales characteristics.
- Alignment with the Product Team for specific product in specific market for GTM interventions.
- Overall Budget planning and management at Region level and Channel level and OT Marketing Planning.
- Marketing budget control for the region and coordinating with HO marketing team for any support required in the region.
- Coordination with Regional/zonal Sales team to create impact in the market and improve brand visibility.
- Design branding and positioning strategy with focus on specific product in specific market.
- Setting short-term goals aligned with broad functional goals for the regional marketing function.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Analysing consumer behaviour and provide inputs to the HO Marketing team for future strategy.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segment for demand generation and branding.
- Monitor competition in terms of price changes, new products and features.
- Affordability analysis and management along with output

Educational Qualification (Essential):
- MBA/PGDBM (pref. premium / Grade A management institutes) Experience
- 10-12 years (Most recent experience in retail marketing and also with past experience in channel sales/distribution.
- A combined experience of retail marketing and channel sales/distribution will be an ideal one. Must have been in a team leading experience.
