We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin/Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and assisting with internal and external communications.
Job Responsibilities
Excellent English communication skills in writing emails business communication.
Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
Manage and maintain office filing systems and documentation.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Handle office supplies and inventory management.
Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent communications skills.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent experience
