Inventory Supervisor (Team Lead)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Inventory Supervisor (Team Lead) to oversee and manage the perpetual stock-taking process while ensuring adherence to inventory policies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in inventory analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and schedule periodic stock counts.
✅ Reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
✅ Generate inventory variance reports and recommend corrective actions.
✅ Train and guide stock-taking staff on procedures and standards.
✅ Evaluate stock-taking data for trends and variances.
✅ Prepare and automate inventory reports in graphical formats using Excel.
✅ Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory.
✅ Assist in preparing stock-related reports for management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

🔹 Strong knowledge of store functions and inventory management.
🔹 Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and stock reconciliation.
🔹 Advanced Excel skills ability to create automated reports & graphical analysis.
🔹 Data analysis skills using Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stock-related activities efficiently.
