Team Leader- Retail Operations

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations, including sales, staffing, and customer service.
• Ensure inventory control, stock replenishment, and shrinkage prevention.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and customer experience metrics.
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store layout optimization.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure service excellence.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to store policies, safety standards, and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree
• 3-7 years of experience in retail operations, store management & team handling.
• Strong team leadership, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and reporting tools.
