Head of Supply Chain Management

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Optimize procurement, vendor management, and supplier performance.
• Ensure demand forecasting & inventory optimization to prevent stockouts/overstocks.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery for retail & e-commerce.
• Drive cost reduction and process automation through ERP, AI, and analytics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable supply chain practices.

KPIs:

• Stock Availability & Fill Rate
• Inventory Turnover & Supply Chain Cost %
• On-time Delivery & Supplier Performance

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).
• 12+ years experience in FMCG / Food / Retail Sourcing & Supply Chain Management
• Expertise in Sourcing, End to End Supply Chain Process Set up, Inventory Planning, Logistics, and supplier negotiation.
