Data Entry Project

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant for a part-time, short-term assignment (up to 1 month) to assist in recording and organizing data related to assets, books, and files. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update records of assets, books, and files in the designated system or database.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by cross-checking information.
• Organize and categorize physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
• Perform basic quality checks on entered data to minimize errors.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in data entry, record management, or administrative work is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or data management software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational skills and a methodical approach to data handling.
