We are looking for a motivated individual who can efficiently handle telecalling responsibilities while managing data entry and computer operations as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote Devdoots services and address inquiries.
• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support.
• Accurately enter and update client details, service requests, and other information into the company database.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Manage basic computer operations, including data verification, updating reports, and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless customer service and data accuracy.
• Provide daily updates and reports to the supervisor on tasks completed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 1+ year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or data entry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management tools.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and database management is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the healthcare or emergency services sector.
• Familiarity with multilingual communication for diverse client bases.
