Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our Sales Department in managing and maintaining accurate sales data. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent typing speed, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain sales leads, client information, and campaign data in CRM and spreadsheets.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data while organizing records systematically.
- Assist the sales team by compiling reports and extracting relevant data for analysis.
- Verify and cross-check data from different sources to maintain consistency.
- Manage email lists, databases, and follow-ups as per sales requirements.
- Support the team with administrative tasks like preparing documents and presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely data updates.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets. (CRM software added advantage)
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with the team.
- Experience in data entry within a sales or digital marketing environment is a plus.
