Data Entry Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems
2. Typing in data provided directly from the meetings
3. Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
4. Verify data by comparing it to source documents
5. Update existing data
6. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as data entry Executive
2. Fast typing skills
3. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
4. Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
5. Basic understanding of databases
6. Basic English both oral and written and customer service skills
7. Great attention to detail
