Role & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data into the company's database or other systems.
• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Retrieve and manage data as requested for reporting or analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Organize and maintain physical or digital records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
• Perform regular backups and assist in data recovery tasks when necessary.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or computer applications are a plus.
• Proficiency in typing with a high level of accuracy (e.g., 40-60 words per minute or more).
• Familiarity with data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace tools.
• Well-versed in usage of MS-Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc.)
• Basic understanding of database management systems (e.g., SQL or CRM platforms) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  

Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in data entry or related roles.
