Job Title: HR Operation
Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our HR
team. In this role, you will oversee and support the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring
smooth execution of HR processes and systems. You will collaborate with various teams to
manage employee records, payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance, contributing
to a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• HR Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare and analyze HR-related data to generate reports for management, identifying
trends and areas for improvement.
• Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate the smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing
offer letters, conducting orientation, and managing exit formalities.
• Employee Records Management:
Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of employee records in the HRIS (Human
Resources Information System).
• Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs (health, retirement plans, insurance, etc.),
including enrollment, updates, and inquiries.
• HR Documentation:
Assist in preparing HR reports, employee documentation, and monthly MIS . • Payroll Administration:
Assist in the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate collection of employee
data and documentations.
• Performance Management Support: (will be added advantage)
Assist in tracking employee performance appraisals, feedback cycles, and
development plans.
• Employee Queries and Support:
Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and general HR
operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Skills & Competencies:
o Strong knowledge of HR Analytics, Employee life cycle, Payroll, PMS

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power
  BI).
  o Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  o Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Experience:
  o 0-1 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.
