Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Lead 13+ Years to join our dynamic engineering team.
As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Java developers, designing and developing high-quality Java applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects.
You will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within the team.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
- Design and develop high-quality Java applications.
- Ensure successful delivery of complex software projects.
- Drive technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
- Contribute to architectural design decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications :
- 13+ years of professional experience in Java development (8+ years explicitly requested, but 13+ mentioned in description).
- 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring Java development teams.
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and design skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
