Incentive Program Manager


Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Process Designing: Structuring Incentives for Maximum Impact:

- Use data-driven insights to optimize the sales incentive structure for maximum effectiveness.

- Ensure that incentives reward the right behaviors and drive long-term sales growth.

- Define clear eligibility criteria, payout mechanisms, and performance benchmarks.

Benchmarking & Continuous Improvement: Making Incentives More Effective Over Time:

- Regularly analyze sales performance, payout trends, and ROI of incentive programs.

- Benchmark industry best practices and iterate to keep AGRIM's incentives competitive.

- Identify gaps and modify incentive plans to ensure fairness and impact.

Process Automation: Enabling Scalability & Accuracy in Payouts:

- Automate incentive calculations, tracking, and payouts to eliminate manual errors.

- Work with tech teams to build dashboards and CRM-integrated automated payout systems.

- Ensure real-time visibility of incentive earnings for sales teams.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Ensuring Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Track the correlation between incentives, sales performance, and retention.

- Identify which incentives drive the highest revenue per rep and optimize accordingly.

- Provide regular reports to leadership on incentive effectiveness and required changes.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Seamless Execution Across Teams:

- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, and Tech to ensure a smooth payout process.

- Align incentive structures with business priorities and operational constraints.

- Ensure incentive communication is clear and transparent for the sales teams.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Ops, Compensation & Benefits, Program Management, or similar roles.

- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools like Looker, Tableau, etc. ).

- Experience in designing and automating large-scale incentive structures.

- Prior experience in B2B sales, fintech, or e-commerce incentive modeling is a plus.
