Business Development Engineer (Technical Sales and Marketing)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Business Development Pan India in the desired market segment as per the JD below.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Marketing professional with qualification in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

2. 02 -03 years of experience in selling Industrial automation products particularly in sectors like Steel, Mining, Power, Ports, Railways etc.

3. Experience in preparing Techno Commercial bids and tender submission to Private & PSUs.

4. Exposure to ERP tools like SAP and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Knowledge on electrical switch gears and their applications particularly in EOT cranes across various heavy industries.

5. Excellent Knowledge on Electrical & Electronic components used across various Industrial control panels.

6. Experience in Electrical layout design of Industrial control panels and drafting using eplan and AutoCAD.

7. Basic knowledge on Mechanical fabrication, Machining, Surface finishing processes.

8. Willing to travel extensively to clients across pan India.

9. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

10. Maintaining excellent relationships with supplier and client networks.

11. Making technical presentation and demonstrating product application by understanding customer need.

12. Providing pre and post sales technical & product support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Proven experience Business Development / Marketing or in a similar role for 2 to 3 years maximum.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
