No because there is more politics then working and people who are working for 12 to 15k are fed. Of the management decision about the salary and also the facilities they are giving to the workers and morever the people who are working in the management level as more EGO and they are not giving the contribution for the growth of the company but they wanted the salary hike and company bonous
