HR Recruiter

Job Nature & Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be remotely operating from any of the following locations: West Bengal/Mizoram/Nagaland/Manipur
• Willing to travel across north eastern state of India
• Monthly once report to corporate office at Kerala for review
• Visiting hospitality/hotel management campuses and conducting recruitment drive.
• Employment type: On contract. Will be considered for on roll based on performance.
• Use local networking and build connect with campuses and recruitment agencies.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with centralized standard operating processes.
• Represent the company at career fairs, campus drives, and networking events.
• Manage end to end travel plan of candidates from source location to job location.
• Maintain records of candidates travel plan and timely update to the corporate office.
• Male candidates preferred.
