Civil Planning Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Planning Engineer to join our team at the Head Office (HO). The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, scheduling, and monitoring residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in MSP (Microsoft Project) is mandatory. The role involves coordinating with project teams, ensuring timely execution, and optimising resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules using MSP (Microsoft Project) and monitor progress.
• Ensure effective allocation of materials, manpower, and machinery for optimal productivity.
• Track project milestones, update schedules, and generate reports for management review.
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• dentify project risks and provide proactive solutions to avoid delays.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring budget adherence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for project coordination.
• Conduct baseline schedule analysis and suggest improvements.
• Integrate multiple projects into a master schedule for better tracking.
