We are looking for executives to join our operations team. The executive will be
responsible for managing and coordinating the daily dispatch activities. Strong
attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and the capacity to function
under pressure are qualities that the ideal applicant should possess.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate dispatch activities for the fleet.
• Track and report dispatch metrics to higher management.
• Communicate with driver partners to ensure timely pickup and drop off
riders.
• Resolve any driver partner and customers complaints or issues
related to the trip assigned.
• Basic computer skills
Requirements:
• This job strongly demands good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Should be able to multitask.

• Experience required 1 to 3 years.
• Strong communication skills along with active listening.
• Should be comfortable in speaking Hindi and English.
• Proven experience in cab dispatch management or a related field will be

preferred. Note:
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts • Have worked earlier in customer facing role
• Prior work experience in airport will be an added advantage
