Customer Support Executive

Customer service representative (US Voice Process) will be responsible for managing customer relationships for a logistics and supply chain management company. This will include responding to customers' inquiries, outbound/Inbound calls, tracking orders, and coordinating with the internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Role

• Handling Inbound and outbound Call
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle customer queries
• Update customer in case of any issue in transit
• Handling emails from customers.
• Input and update relevant data on multiple portals.
• Updating comments on each call.

Other Requirement

• Should have good communication (written and verbal)
• Should be comfortable for graveyard shift (1AM-10AM)
• High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
