Job Description

Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive at WAYOLogistics, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth by generating and nurturing sales leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s success and expansion in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects.
  • Stay informed about service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Perform administrative duties related to sales operations, including data entry and maintenance of customer databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about sales and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
