Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Motion Graphic Design Intern (6 months) who is eager to learn, explore, and contribute to creating impactful designs. You will collaborate with our marketing, product, and design teams to craft visual content that communicates impactful stories and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative motion graphics for social media, digital ads and product promotions.
• Develop and produce in-app creatives and interactions that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Design animated video content, infographics, and explainer videos using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and similar software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver quality work on time.
• Research and stay up-to-date with current design trends and user psychology to create designs and visuals that effectively attract and convert audiences.
• Explore and learn new design tools, software, and techniques to enhance the creative process.
• Conceptualize and produce designs and visuals with a strong focus on marketability and audience engagement.
• Ensure that all designs are on-brand and consistent across all platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas, visual concepts and contribute to storyboarding
• Edit and refine video footage to enhance visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• A strong passion for design, creativity, and storytelling through visuals.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), figma, rive etc.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic design work.
• Creative thinking and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Willingness to explore new tools and experiment with fresh ideas.
• A keen eye for detail and knowledge of current design trends and user behavior psychology.
• Ability to create designs that are not just aesthetic but also drive sales and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in graphic design.
• Knowledge of colour theory and design principles.
