Inside Sales Executive

Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling sales inquiries, and providing support to clients.

This role combines sales activities with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to existing clients and prospective clients
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product information
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales meetings
- Assist clients with order placements and resolve any issues
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team & CEO to achieve sales goals
- Provide post-sales support and address customer concerns
