Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Create persuasive, high-quality marketing collaterals tailored to various customer segments.
- Optimize and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Drive lead generation and demand generation efforts in B2B and B2G markets.
- Plan and implement performance marketing strategies, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Craft engaging and SEO-optimized content to boost organic traffic.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g, HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign management and customer relationship nurturing.
- Strengthen brand positioning through organic and paid social media strategies.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to refine marketing efforts.
- Manage public relations campaigns and execute high-impact events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Qualification: MBA/BBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 4+ Years.

- Content Marketing & SEO - Ability to craft engaging, high-ranking content that drives organic traffic.
- Marketing Automation & CRM - Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
- Social Media & Brand Positioning - Strong understanding of organic and paid social media growth strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting - Proficiency in Google Analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Public Relations & Event Management - Experience in handling media, PR campaigns, and high-impact events.
- Communication & Leadership - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead teams.
