Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Analyst Infrastructure SCCM & Citrix Engineer

Responsibilities

Should have working experience in SCCM and Citrix VDI administration

• Excellent knowledge on SCCM administration

• Planning and implementation of SCCM Patch management

• Createimport applications and packages within SCCM

• Patch management including testing in staged environments to ensure stability, deploying across systems, addressing issues post deployment

• Windows end point asset management

• Citrix VDI software deployment management .

• Strong experience with Windows Server and Client Operating System Knowledge

• I nstallation of internally developed application patch releases to Citrix VDI point of sale systems, testing, updating

• Monitor system issues and unplanned downtimes

• Perform documentation and knowledge base article edits, updates and new documents .

• Collaboration with the Endpoint Management team, Enterprise Network team, and potentially the Field Services teams

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• College degree in a technical field or equivalent industry-related experience.

• SCCM and CITRIX VDI

• Knowledge on ITIL process

• Proven capability and desire to diligently deliver high quality work, as an individual or part of a team, to agreed specifications and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good knowledge of scripting

• Strong understanding of Windows and N etworking technology
