Inviting applications for the role of Lead C onsultant IT Governance Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust IT governance frameworks and processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks, optimize resource utilization , and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of IT governance initiatives.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with IT governance policies and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee Incident/Change/Problem management related tasks & ensure regular monitoring is in place.
Provide guidance and support to project teams in integrating governance requirements into project planning, execution, and delivery.
Play a key role in managing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance awareness and understanding of IT governance principles and practices.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
BE/B. TECH
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Understanding of management of Purchase orders or prior experience in a finance domain would be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record of driving process improvement and change management initiatives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
