Process Developer - Claims Specialist (French)

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Claims Specialist (French) We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual French Resource Claims Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing First Notice of Loss (FNOL) processes, handling payments, and booking claims for Property & Casualty (P&C) and Accident & Health (A&H) insurance. The successful candidate will exhibit strong communication skills and a deep understanding of insurance processes, particularly in the French market. Responsibilities •    Promptly respond to and evaluate new claims reported by policyholders, gathering all necessary information and documentation. •    Investigate and analyze claims thoroughly, including reviewing policy coverage, assessing liability, and documenting findings. •    Determine claim eligibility and coverage based on policy terms and conditions. •    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claim activities, correspondence, and financial transactions. •    Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution. •    Provide exceptional customer service, addressing policyholders' inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. •    Stay current with changes in French insurance regulations, laws, and industry best practices related to claims handling. •    Address escalated claims issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the claims process. •    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, legal, and risk management, to facilitate the smooth processing of claims. •    Prepare reports and metrics on claims performance and FNOL trends to aid in decision-making and strategic planning. •    Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of claims handling processes

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications •    Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law •    B1 Certification in French language minimum 

Essential Skills  •    Language Skills: Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is also essential •    Good analytical and problem-solving skills •    Basic Knowledge of Insurance and Claims is preferred
