Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Voice ( Insurance Claims) - The function of the position is to dispatch the claims on the claims management system and call to contractors and assign the job. Once the job has been assigned to the contractor then we need to inform the homeowner about the claim & contractor details. Responsibilities: • Excellent knowledge of Insurance / Property claim processing • Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc. • Input claim details into claim management system • Setting up the claims into database • Calls to be made to Contractor and Homeowners in US • Surveys to be taken • Stakeholder interaction to get the complete job details
Qualifications Minimum qualifications • Non Tech Graduate with good knowledge of Insurance / Claims Preferred qualifications • US Insurance claims processing
Essential skills: • Excellent English Communication (Both written & verbal) • Proactive communication & High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data • Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service • Ready to work on stretched working hours • Ability to independently work well with internal and external customers • Customer service focus • Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 30 words/minute • Well versed with MS Excel

Policies are bad. Insurance claims are ver poor. Ca facility is terrible.. In this scorching hot temperature cabs runs with AC off.. Salaries are very low and appraisal as well. No fun activities and no annual parties.
