Job Description
- Test Planning and Strategy Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
Develop detailed test plans outlining test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Test Execution Execute functional, integration, and regression tests for MuleSoft integrations.
Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.
- Automation Design and implement automated test scripts to increase efficiency and test coverage.
Utilize testing frameworks and tools for test automation.
- Defect Management Identify , document, and prioritize defects.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Collaboration Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand business processes and integration points.
Participate in regular project meetings and provide testing status updates.
- Reporting Generate comprehensive test reports for management and project stakeholders.
Provide input on the overall quality of the implemented solutions.
- Continuous Improvement Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in MuleSoft and Salesforce testing.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the overall testing methodology .
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer in MuleSoft and Salesforce environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, HRC AR Implementation, Esker, and SF Sales Assist.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (eg, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience working on Agile Scrum Methodology
- Prior experience testing applications from legacy to latest technologies like Mainframe, Oracle Apps, Web based applications, Portals, IoS and Android apps
