Assistant Manager - Business Analyst

We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Business Analyst  Responsibilities  •    Collaborate with partners, both internal and external, to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement •    Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation in JIRA platform •    Work with project managers and developers to determine scope and priorities for product development sprint cycles •    Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are developing the product as per the product roadmap •    Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams •    Encourage and motivate the teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency •    Conduct functional, regression, user acceptance and integration testing to verify the client’s needs are met. Conducted UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams. •    Post testing and deployment, provide on-line meetings and calls to orientate a new client, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with clients about concerns. •    Give demo to internal and external stakeholders and potential clients as and when needed •    Work with key stakeholders across the company to ensure successful product releases •    Experience in healthcare domain, excellent understanding of Agile Change Delivery Principles; Proficient in MS project, MS PowerPoint and Visio •    Minimum experience in business analysis in related field •    Excellent documentation skills.
