Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, French Language Expert and SAP VIM, RPA
In this role, we are seeking a skilled and experienced French Translator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately translating a variety of documents from English to French and vice versa. The ideal candidate will have strong linguistic skills, attention to detail, and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities
To analyze and investigate issues reported in ServiceNow and perform trouble shooting and track it to closure for all French applications.
Coordinate with Vendors, Business users and other stake holders in French.
Perform RCA for problem tickets focusing on unknown issues and work on Change tickets as a Change coordinator.
Provide 3 CSIs with valid use cases and other Service improvement ideas.
Translate a wide range of documents, including but not limited to, articles, reports, marketing materials, website content, and legal documents, from English to French and vice versa.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of translations, paying attention to grammar, punctuation, and cultural nuances.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in terminology and style across translations.
Conduct research as needed to ensure the accuracy and relevance of translations.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Any one of the following in French:
Bachelor s Degree
Immersion programs or Additional course
Specialized Training
Internships or work experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven experience as a translator, with a focus on English to French and French to English translations.
Excellent proficiency in both English and French, with strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in translation software and tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness of linguistic nuances.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
