Job Description
- Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for digital operations and advanced technology to achieve business objectives .
- Oversee global operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead the adoption and integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational capabilities and drive business growth.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of professionals across various geographies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide innovative solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Cross-functional collaboration across Business, Technology and Data teams to deliver an integrated program and delivery experience to client stakeholders
- Develop quality standards to meet with compliance standards and overall contractual commitments
- Create and manage an effective reporting infrastructure at all levels Operating, Contractual and Management to enable reporting on demand and drive business decisions based on metrics
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. A master s degree is preferred.
- Understanding of Insurance Industry and excellent knowledge of Underwriting or Claims.
- Ability to manage multiple geographies and understand the cultural nuances
- Ability to manage through indirect authority and matrixed organization structures.
- The Individual should have exposure/experience to systematically evaluate business opportunities, the ambitious attitude to build on existing capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to manage large-scale operations and diverse teams
- Experienced in managing global and complex program delivery based on Outcome models
- Collaborate with both horizontal and business enablement teams to support overall portfolio delivery and growth
- Good understanding of technology concepts and/or the overall technology project/program lifecycle
- Experience working in a global organization
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
