Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- VBA Developer

In this role, you will be responsible to developing reports/dashboards in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

The resource would be part of the marketing & strategy team and will be responsible for -

Building/Amend/Update reports using VBA, Power Query and Power BI solutions.
Understand contact centre environment and provide required commentary on the periodic executive reports.
Support other Adhoc business requests as required .
Regular daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting.
Process documentation.
Regular client governance.
Work in Australian shifts.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

B. Tech, MCA or M. Com Postgraduate

Preferred qualifications

Proficient in MS Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate & Power BI
Good understanding of designing Power Automate and query optimization/ automation.
Excellent understanding of developing reports/dashboards on Microsoft Power BI.
Good exposure to contact centre reporting background.
Knowledge of other tools like SFDC, SAP, SharePoint, etc.
Excellent Interpersonal skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous .
Requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion.
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Proven proficiency
