Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing enterprise-level web applications and a proven track record of working with Figma to create both low and high-fidelity wireframes. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications
experience in UX design, with a focus on enterprise-level web applications.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in low and high-fidelity wireframes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
